RENTAL AGREEMENT
PROCEDURE POLICY
All clients & or representatives of any group renting space from 36 Street Studio
must read and sign this policy.
You are responsible for passing this information to your people.
36 Street Studio is not liable for any injuries sustained on the premises.
36 Street Studio is not responsible for any personal property.
Clients must arrive on time; time will not be extended for tardiness.
Studios must be vacated on time.
Set-up, breakdown, cleanup, pack-up are all included in the reserved time.
No posters or use of tape shall be used on the walls.
You will be responsible for any damage resulting in damage to the walls.
Rental spaces are to be left in neat condition.
Trash in trash cans, chairs and tables put away otherwise a cleaning fee may result.
All stairways are to be kept clear of debris in compliance NYC Fire codes.
Client is responsible for any fine, citation or any legal action by the Fire Department as a result of breaking these rules.
Pianos will be treated like they are yours; no food, drinks, purses, backpacks, clothing, etc. are to be placed on pianos.
The hallways are quiet areas and not to be used for rehearsing, warming up or meetings.
We reserve the right to move clients to an equal or larger space.
If a representative, any member of the group, or guest violates any item of this agreement, 36 Street Studio has the right to terminate their occupancy immediately.
